Orders placed before 10am PST will ship the same day and expect delivery within 2-5 business days depending on your location since all orders ship from our office in San Diego, CA. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

Yes, all Ai Carplay adapter products are covered by a 365-day warranty. Stolen, lost or damaged products are not covered by the warranty and are not eligible for warranty claims. For products that are eligible for warranty, we will provide direct warranty for the claimed product unless the product is no longer available, in which case we will provide a similar model.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
